Property location and approximate square footage
Scope — single room, whole home, kitchen or bath, new build
Whether you need construction management or design only
Target timeline
Budget range, even a rough one
What Happens Next
Initial call. A conversation about the space, how you use it, and what you want to change.
Walkthrough or plan review. On site where possible, remote where not.
Proposal. A written scope, fee structure, and timeline before any work begins.
Design. Concept, space planning, and 3D renderings so you see it before it's built.
Build. I coordinate trades, manage the schedule, and handle procurement through installation.
